I LOVE going for walks, and don't mind going out in cold weather. As long as I'm moving, I'm good--which is something I've noticed that dogs appreciate. :) I'm happy to take your pup for a stroll through the neighborhood, or hiking out in the woods or by the lake. Even with all the snow, I'm always looking for an excuse to go outside and get me some nature! Outdoor therapy is the best de-stresser there is. I'm currently a full time student between both MSU and NMC, so my schedule is a little tight right now, but animals are the highlight of my life! And because I don't get a lot of time with them normally, I'm hoping to continue working with Rover during my studies.

Oren is great. He pays attention to the details in terms of care and sends pictures and updates throughout the stay. He even took my dogs to their favorite trail for walks! I'm happily re-booking Oren for my next trip.
Oren has been our dog-walker and dog-sitter for more than a year. He's taken great care of our golden retriever puppy—she loves him and their time together, and I love getting the texted photos from their adventures. When my job took me out of town for three weeks, Oren dog and house-sat for us, and left the place nicer than he found it. Our dog didn't even miss us. I can't recommend him enough!
Oren is one of the most kind and caring people I have ever met. He is extremely responsible, intelligent and always making the right decisions. He loves animals and is very knowledgeable about them, always taking the time to find what is best for each individual animal that is in his care. He is flexible and intuitive, which makes him a prime candidate for working with dogs with different breeds and different personalities. He has high energy, and is always willing to do what's best in whatever situation he's in even if it's hard work. Oren puts 100% into everything that he does and is always reliable.

I think it's always good to know a dog's activity preferences: where they like to walk, how they play (fetch, tug of war, etc.), if they prefer ear scratches or tummy rubs... Basically, the best way to make them happy. I also have a huge soft spot for bigger dogs. And for Austraulian cattle dogs. (Mutually exclusive, I know.)
