Pet care experience
My girlfriend, Nora, and I have lived in the area for about a year; we are both from the Twin Cities! I am a nurse and a PhD student at Emory University, and Nora is a former elementary special education teacher and current Emory University program coordinator. As a PhD student, money is tight, so we're trying to make a little extra money doing what we love! Given my profession (nursing), I am comfortable administering medications and providing more advanced care for the pets I care for. Furthermore, we are both dog, cat, and other pet lovers with over ten years of experience caring for our own pets, neighbors' pets, and extensive housesitting experience. We believe that because of our love for animals, empathetic backgrounds, and unique professional experiences, Nora and I would be the ideal pet sitting duo for your furry family member!

We'll also want to know about their behavior and temperament around other pets and people to ensure a safe and happy environment for everyone. This information helps us provide the best possible care for your pets and make their stay with us as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
A typical day
During our pet-sitting sessions, we prioritize engaging your pets in fun activities based on their interests. From playing fetch and tug of war to interactive games and puzzles, we'll make sure your pets get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. We also love taking dogs on walks and exploring the great outdoors. Whether it's a nearby park or hiking trail, we'll make sure your dog gets plenty of fresh air and exercise. If your dog has any special places they like to go, we'll be sure to take them there too!

Availability
Nora and I both have extremely flexible schedules. I have class three days a week, and she works from home three days a week with a lot of freedom. We are here to help you in any way we can, and we are happy to accommodate most requests. We will get to the job rain, snow, or shine!
