Hi, I'm Olta! I live in a spacious studio apartment on the third floor of a pet friendly building (no elevators) in Astoria. I am few blocks from Astoria Park. I have always taken care of my friend's dogs and cats, so I come with a lot of experience. I love animals but can't have one right now. Your dog and cat will get plenty of individual attention, since I only take one dog or cat at a time. I'm also available to walk your dog or housesit at your place if that's what you need.

Olta was great with my pup Olive! She sent so many photos of their adventures and I knew she was well cared for.
Josie had a great time and came back very happy. She still tries to go into Olta's building when we walk by, which is an indication of something good.
Olta is a great host. We've used her several times and Riley always comes back a happy camper. Highly recommend.
Olta took great care of Prince for the weekend - she sent me a lot of pictures and kept in touch. Prince had walks in Central Park with Olta and came home happy! Will definitely ask Olta to watch Prince again!

I have a spacious studio apartment with a separate kitchen space. While I am at home, your dog or cat will be free to room throughout the space. I typically do not allow dogs in my bed, but I understand sometimes it happens. I do have a separate large sofa that your pet can use. While I am away I would have your dog or cat stay in the kitchen space area in order to avoid any accidents in my bed :) Can't wait to hear from you! Note: Repeat customers will always keep their original rates!

I would like to know the following: Is the dog potty trained? What kind of flooring does the dog have in their own home? Is the dog friendly with other dogs? Does the dog sleep in their own bed, or the owner's bed? Are there any issues (medical or behavioral) that the dog has that I should be aware of? Please provide veterinary information in case of an emergency.
A typical day
I would walk the dogs around the neighborhood sidewalks for short walks. The sidewalks are clean and quite. During long walks I would walk your dog at Astoria Park or Socrates Park. There around 10 min walk from my place.

Availability
I am a morning person so I wake up early for my workout. I spend the day working as a freelance designer or taking various online class depending on what interests me. My evenings are free to play with your dog or cat. During the night I would either go out locally or watch a movie.
