I believe that quality company is crucial for any animal, but especially dogs. Dogs are smart, amazing creatures that deserve to feel cared for by whoever they encounter. This belief has inspired me to reach out and provide services for dogs whose owners have busy schedules, because I would want only the best for my furry friends while I am at work or out of town! I am a long-time owner of cats, birds, fish, and reptiles. Having always wanted a pup of my own, but being limited by apartment space, I have started to provide dog watching and walking services for family and friends' small to medium dogs. My sister is a vet tech assistant, and has taught me a lot about dog care; administering of oral medications, handling, tooth brushing are a few of these things. I often watch her dog (a dachshund) when I stay with her. I have been doing this since he was a puppy, and understand that puppies and older dogs need special attention and love. I am also extremely aware of any dietary restrictions a dog may have. I am severely allergic to several foods myself, and know that our dogs should not (and often cannot) ingest anything without their owners permission. I will always look out for your dog's health and safety. At the moment, I attend college online and work part time (two to three days a week.) I am available Monday, Wednesday, and either Thursday or Friday during the week. I am often available on the weekends as well. My other hobbies include embroidery, meditation, reading, drawing, and organizing. I moved to Baltimore in the summer of 2016 from Calvert County, and have loved the change of pace! The abundance of people, animals and opportunities here is certainly a breath of fresh air. I am very excited to meet you and your dog, and help you make his or her days the very best they can be!
