Olivia did a great job! Very professional and very thorough reports and pictures, showed up exactly when requested and easy to communicate with in the initial arrangements and meeting. Our cat Carl seemed to love her and warmed up to her right away. He was a very happy kitty when we returned. Would highly recommend her.
