I had a dog for 12 years, but now live in an apartment that doesn’t allow live-in pets (okay for sitting instances). I’ve been pet sitting off and on for about 6 years. I’m a big dog person and as I cannot have a dog of my own at the moment, I'd love to care for yours. I love walking, playing, and just bonding with dogs. I have 2 part time jobs which make for a “full time” schedule, but as long as your pets are okay to be alone for 4-8 hours at a time, I’m happy to care for your pets in my off time. I am a flexible and friendly person, I'd love to just hang out with your dog when you can't. If you’d like me to your cat too, it’s a bit extra because I have an allergy, but I can still make it work. I get along well with cats and would love one of my own if only my immune system would get on board.

Olivia stayed at our house to watch our pups while we were gone for a weekend. She sent regular updates and gave them a lot of love. When we returned, they were happy to see us, but in a much better mood then when we have to kennel them away from home. She was also a courteous house guest and we would love to have her back to stay with them again.
Olivia took great care of our puppy and when we had an emergency and unexpectedly had to leave him overnight, she was flexible, responsive, and kind. We are so thankful we had an understanding and caring person to keep our pup safe and happy!

People? —Do they have a timed schedule (food, outside, etc.) they need to follow? —Do they bark often?
A typical day
I typically spend most of my time indoors but am happy to go on walks as often as needed. I can throw balls around with them or introduce them to my parent’s lab if they’re friendly with other dogs. I’m not as aware of local dog walking spaces so if you have any ideas of quiet areas, let me know! I like to find quiet, secluded areas for walks.

Availability
I work mostly 8-5 or 6pm shifts. But can be available at midday depending on your location. I’m free on the weekends and most evenings.
