Olivia was wonderful! I have four cats and had to leave on a work trip to Aisa for 10 days. I was anxious leaving them for so long while I was so far away, but she did great. She kept them fed, cleaned and refilled the water bowls and fountains, kept the litter boxes cleaned, and played with them every day. She even cleaned out my Litter Genies when they filled up and brought my mail in! She gave me updates and photos after each visit, which helped with my separation anxiety. And she even befriended 3/4 of the cats, who do not have much human socialization except with me. She even gained the trust of my very shy, skittish boy, who is very good at hiding from my previous pet sitters. I will definitely use her services in the future!

My dog was in very good hands with Olivia. My dog has medical conditions which made me nervous about leaving town, but Olivia treated Toby like her own fur baby! She is very caring and very responsive, and she kept in touch by sending pictures and updates. I feel comfortable leaving my Toby with Olivia knowing that she treats him just as I do.
