I have over 15+ years of dog ownership and 2+ years of dog training ranging from noisy chihuahua to a energetic pekingese to a separation anxiety husky/shepherd rescue. I work from home full-time with no pets, which lets me care for your dog to your specific needs. Olivia and Mike took care of our dog Benji really well during our vacation trip. At first I was really worried about Benji to be away from us for several days as it was almost for the first time since puppy for him to be away from home and us. But from the moment Benji saw Olivia and Mike, I knew Benji would be happy with them! Benji was so happy to see them and willingly follow them. And I never felt worried during our trip because they sent us many photos and videos. Today after Benji came home, while I took him walk, Benji seemed to look for Olivia and Mike. He really likes them😄 I’ll definitely book again. Thank you for a good taking care of Benji!
This was my first time using Rover and so I was a little bit anxious to have someone else take care of my pup, Katsu, but Olivia was wonderful every step of the way. Right from the start, she was very responsive with clear communication. I had found out the day before his stay that Katsu contracted his fourth anal sac infection and needed antibiotics again. Olivia was very accommodating and had no problem giving meds to him with his meals. She sent me plenty of videos, pictures, and updates throughout his one night stay. I'd get excited every time I got a new message from her. It was very apparent Katsu had a great time. I had also written up quite lengthy notes and care instructions, worried I'd come off as crazy and overbearing, but Olivia was very kind to assure me that she'd prefer to have all the details I wanted to provide. I feel such a great sense of relief knowing my pup is well taken care of with Olivia and her husband, Mike. I definitely plan on booking more stays with her!
Ammo came home and is his happy self. He clearly had a good time. Olivia was flexible with meet and greet as well as the actual booking. I loved the updates I received throughout my dogs stay! We will definitely be repeat customers.
Olivia did an amazing job taking care of our dog while we went away for a few days. She has a lot of experience with dogs and had no issues handling our 100 lb German shepherd/husky mix. She was super professional and kind, and was very easy to communicate with. She goes above and beyond to make sure that not only your dog is comfortable, but that the owners feel comfortable leaving their pup. I highly recommend her services! 🫶🏻

I require new clients to sign a Pet Care Agreement prior to the drop off date. The Pet Care Agreement lists the terms and conditions between both the Pet Owner and myself.
