Olivia is really great at communicating and asking questions which is huge. She was sure to follow the massive amount of direction we had for her and gave everything she had while she could. We met with her a couple of times and asked her whether she felt like she could do this and she assured us she could and that she was excited for the opportunity. However 4 days into the 11 that we were gone for she called us explaining that she could no longer pet sit for us, and that if we could find someone else as soon as possible that would be ideal. We were in California and felt a sense of betrayal and confusion but, ended up letting some family look after our pets. I think Olivia is great for a day or two but not necessarily long term stays.
