My Dogs Think I’d Be Great At This!

Hi! I’m Olivia, I’m 26 years old, currently living in the Parma area... and I’ve been lucky enough to be the dog mom to 2 amazing (small/medium size) mixed breed rescue dogs for 6 years now, and they are the loves of my life! Before them, I did have some experience caring for a variety of other species of pets growing up through the years, but I’ve actually had the most experience as a caregiver for humans! I have more than 12 years of experience in pretty much every childcare job, both paid and volunteer, from daycare teacher’s aide to tutor to overnight summer camp counselor to full-time nanny to student teaching positions while pursuing my college degree in Early Childhood Education, with children of ALL ages (8 weeks through 18 years+). I just wanted to tell you this so that you can know that I am very well qualified and very passionate about caring for others (of any species, haha!) and I pride myself on being a dedicated worker who strives to go above and beyond expectations always! Now, back to why you’re here: the care you need for your dog. I am pretty flexible and open to trying to provide most of the services Rover offers, at what I think is a very bargain if not the best available price! I always do my best to go above and beyond... so if you book a walk with me you can count on getting an extra long walk with more time, and I love to give new clients (both humans and the dogs!) a little gift to show my appreciation and get our friendship started! Olivia did a great job of watching my cat while I was out of town! I loved seeing the photos that Olivia took throughout the week and knowing that my cat was getting lots of love and play time while we were away. Olivia kept us updated each day with detailed reviews of each check in.
We highly recommend this dog walker. Every time Olivia comes into our home, we have confidence that our pup is going to have an awesome time. Olivia treats our pup as if he was her own and we know that he looks forward to it. Pictures and an in depth review of the walking activity is presented after every session. She is not forceful with the walk and ensures it is more about providing the dog a nice break in the day.
Olivia is simply amazing! She has been dropping in on my dog for 3 months now and I could not be more happy with how everything is going. She is extremely courteous and thoughtful during her check-ins, always leaving me very detailed summaries of the visit and adorable pictures of my dog. She is responsible, respectful, and so kind to me, my dog, and my home. We are truly enjoying having her as my dog’s sitter!
Olivia has been so great with our dog Marley. She has been patient with him while he has been getting to know her and always gave him lots of love. Would definitely recommend her to watch your furry friends. We will absolutely use her again.

I like to contact my new clients in advance to be as diligent as I can, because I find it is the best way for everything to run smoothly with the best outcomes! I’ll probably ask you information about how to access your dog (if you’ll be home or not, how to enter, how to find your residence, etc.), if you have any preference for where we walk and go, if it’s okay for me to give your pup some treats, what leash/harness/collar I should use, where to dispose of poo bags... basically as much information about your dog’s behavior, personality, preferences etc. as you could share in advance would be great, because I want to be as prepared as possible to give you, and your little one, the best service experience possible!
A typical day
This could really be totally determined by you! If you do have a preference, we can do whatever and go wherever you most want us to! Otherwise, me and your pup will explore the area (sometimes the doggies have a game plan of the path they want to take, so when they do I just follow!) But I’ll always try to cover as much distance and get as much exercise and fun for your dog as possible. I’ll try to find the local park or areas with the most grass and spend the most time there!
