Hello there! My name is Oliver and I am a retired veterinary nurse now available to provide the highest quality pet services. I’ve worked in veterinary medicine for 8 years, and managed the live animal husbandry of a large Petco for 3 years. Before attending college, I also owned and operated a small but productive pet service business. My entire professional life has been pet-centric, but so has my personal life. I was raised by a wildlife rehabilitator (my mother) and a veterinarian (my father) on a large geriatric dog rescue. I was so lucky to have upwards of 20 dogs to spend my childhood with. And so, it is unsurprising that I too would commit my life to our four-legged friends. Despite being newer to Rover, I have professionally aided dozens of families in caring for their pets when they cannot. I am delighted to provide references upon request. I am also proud to be able to guarantee 24/7 access to veterinary consultation should any form of medical condition arise.

Oliver is the best. We have two giant schnauzers, who are a handful! It was our first time using a dog walking service-and we were somewhat nervous. Our first interaction with Olivier was wonderful. He quickly gained our trust, and our dogs affection. He stayed overnight with them, has walked them several times. It was such an relief to find a person as capable as he is, I highly recommend him.
So happy we found Oliver! He is a responsible, knowledgable and caring person and we felt very confident that our dogs were in capable hands as we left for 4 days. When Oliver came to the house for a meet and greet he confirmed his appointment that morning and reconfirmed again prior to his arrival later that day. He was organized and asked many thoughtful questions and was not at all intimidated by out two very large Cane Corso's. While we were away he checked in regularly and left us with two completely calm happy dogs and a clean home as well. We will be definitely be using Oliver again! Please don't hesitate to book him as he is awesome. Also, bonus points for having extensive medical knowledge and pet photography skills!
So incredibly grateful to have found Oliver!! Since our first meet and greet, he has always been extremely communicative, punctual, thorough and responsible. He has stayed at our home while we were away 3 times (once was for a 5 day trip), and every time we felt very comfortable. Always came back to a clean home and happy dog! Oliver even let us know that Cooper had an ear infection, and he offered to take him to the vet while we were away! Oliver is also very receptive to sticking with our training protocols, as well as Cooper's medical needs, which we are very appreciative of. I would give more stars if I could!!
I couldn’t recommend him more!! Oliver was the perfect sitter when I left my nervous boys for vacation! Noodle (teacup chihuahua) and Colada (older shih tzu mix) can be a handful for most people because of their separation anxiety, but Oliver was sure to accommodate their special needs. They seemed to have become really close when I was away! The photos he sent me of my two were always full of activity and love. He was very respectful of my home and everything inside was as I left it.
