I grew up with 3 small dogs - a chihuahua, and terrier mix, and a pekingese - but I have been taking care of animals my whole life! As a teenager, I volunteered in animal shelters taking care of cats and other critters in my spare time. I continued to volunteer at shelters in college, and briefly worked as a veterinary assistant. I am familiar with taking care of a wide range of animals, from dogs and cats, to birds and small critters. I currently work as the Lead Animal Caregiver at an animal rescue in Seattle and have gained a lot of experience feeding, medicating, walking, and socializing a variety of rescue dogs young and old. I also have some positive reinforcement dog training experience and have taken many classes on how to train reactive dogs. I am looking to for extra pet sitting/ dog walking gigs nearby in my spare time. Let me watch, walk, or drop in on your furry friends for you while you're away!
