About Mostaza

Even though she's a mix of two big sized breeds, she's more on the medium side of the spectrum. But she's pretty muscular, hence her 42 lbs. of weight. She's a sweatheart. Still a puppy in many ways. She looooves running around and playing fetch (but she's not too good at it, she gets distracted and the human usually has to go looking for the ball/frisbee/stuffed animal). She loves hanging out with humans. She'll follow you around the house. She also really enjoys rolling around on grass. If you take her to some kind of shallow body of water, she'll love you forever. She's not spayed yet, because we had to move from Mexico City to California for work on very short notice and she had to miss her appointment. We wanted to do it after her first heat, which happened on May, so we're safe. She'll get spayed soon. I promise!

About Sánchez

Like her sister Mostaza, she's smaller than one would think. She's very calm and docile. She loves back and belly rubs. She's super independent and will let you know if she needs anything. She's trained to walk without a leash, but can tolerate being on one if she must. She loves being outdoors and sunbathing.

She gets along but likes to be left alone. She gets grumpy sometimes but when that happens she usually goes somewhere she can hang out by herself. She's gotten old. :(

Special Requirements

She needs to eat by herself. The presence of other dogs while she's eating makes her anxious. She usually won't eat if there are other dogs around. So just lock her in a room for 5 minutes with her food and she'll be fine. :)
