NEVER AGAIN if you want to ruin your holiday and get back ruined dog, book Olesya. I left my boy with her completely toilet-trained and in perfect heath condition. After 2 days she gave him something wrong to eat and he had an upset stomach. After 2 days of stressing out, texting her 24/7 and ordering medicine to her house, he got better. I said that we always walk the dog before bed time, and he never had any accidents at night. We live in apartment, and a typical walk for him is putting on the lead, going down the stairs and then outside. Because she didn’t walk him at similar time, or just tried to make him to go in her garden instead of a proper walk, he started doing his business inside the house. Every single morning at 4am, 7am or 8am I received a photo or a video of dogs poo. As you can imagine, it wasn’t much of a holiday for me. In addition she sent long offensive messages saying that I am not able to care or train my dog, while I had no troubles with him at all before. As cherry on top, in the middle of Sherlock’s stay she requested additional money on top of 200 pounds that I paid her through rover. When I asked to discuss it when collecting the dog, she said ‘no, send it immediately’. This was never mentioned be her before the boarding, and was a nasty surprise for me. In July, when I left Sherlock with her for a first time, she had no complaints whatsoever. But this time the whole experience was just very painful and really got me stressed and upset. Working hard all the time, and going away for one long leave in a year, this experience is the last thing one needs. As a farewell message she also told me that I don’t appreciate her work. I guess if she wants to be a dog sitter, she has to care for a dog properly and stick dog’s walking regime. She also should accept that dogs are not toys and sometimes they can get sick. And it doesn’t mean their owners need to be offended. So I won’t recommend this dog sitter to anyone.

Olesya looked after Bruno very well , he went to to the woods for a picnic with the family and enjoyed it throughly . Olesya is a kind considerate person which shows in the care she provides Thank you for your help .
