Pet care experience
I'm a married, stay at home Mom with three high schoolers. We also have three sweet fur babies, a 14 year old maltese, Fred, and a 7 year old mixed shepherd, Rebelle, and our latest member of the family, Stella, a 3 year old pug. Our family loves dogs of every size! I've owned dogs all of my life. I also know how difficult it is to leave your babies when you are going out of town, that's why I'm passionate about reassuring you that your babies will be loved as if they were our own. I'll even send you pictures while you're away to set your mind at ease that they are enjoying their time with us. :) We live on seven acres, so whether your dog loves walks in the woods, or just sniffing around the yard, we can provide that. They’ll burn off energy, and then come relax on a lap, a bed or a couch.

It's never easy to leave our Shih Tzu fur babies. But this time we were flying and needed a place for our recent rescue male and vision impaired senior lady to stay for several days and nights. As soon as our meet and greet took place, we were completely at ease leaving them in her care. And our dogs were totally at ease with her pack. She did everything in her power to make them feel safe and loved, including following their walking and feeding schedules, encouraging our new guy to eat by hand feeding, and giving lots of cuddles and comfort. The rest of her family are equally kind and compassionate. Thank you, Ohilda for opening your heart and home to our pups! I highly recommend your service!
We have been blessed finding Ohilda to dog sit for our English bulldog, Fiona. Knowing that our girl is safe and happy allows us to enjoy our time away without added worries. She has had anxiety issues at other boarders, but we’ve not encountered that since boarding with Ohilda. She always comes back from spending time at her house happy and playful. We receive videos and pictures with updates, and her communication is awesome, with both humans and dogs! We can’t recommend her enough, and give Ohilda (and her entire dog loving family) a five out five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Zeke absolutely loved his stay with Ohilda and her family. I think he had a better vacation than I did! Lol
Ohilda is the best sitter I’ve ever found for Zeke! When I picked him up today, he was grinning from ear to ear. He’s behaving the way I wish I felt after a vacation! It’s been just him and me for a while now, and I think he really enjoyed being a part of a bigger pack, both 2- and 4-legged. Thank you, Ohilda (and family)!

It's important for you and your fur baby to feel comfortable in our home. Therefore, the perfect pup is one that loves to play with kids and dogs and be doted on, whether it's going for a long walk or just hanging out getting belly rubs and watching tv.
A typical day
We have toys, kids, and three other furry friends to keep them active! We feed them on the same schedule they are kept at home. Then it’s playtime outside, where they can run free, chase squirrels, or just sniff to their heart’s content. When we head back in the house, they can relax or continue their playtime. Treats, if allowed, are given, and drinking water is provided 24 hrs. I make sure to take them out at least every 2-3 hours, or more if needed.

As mentioned, I’m a stay at home mom with three high schoolers, so with the exception of errands, your babies will get attention 24/7. Our routine is easy and laid back, therefore we are pretty much a part of their complete day.
