Pet care experience
Proud dog mom of Jasper, a 5 year old basset hound who is the sweetest and gets along with all dogs. I used to volunteer for the San Diego Humane Society, I love being around dogs and taking care of them! When your pup stays with me, they will receive attention and love as if they were my own. I only take care of a max of 2 dogs at a time to ensure they get the care and 1-on-1 time they deserve. My home is spacious with a backyard, calm neighborhood to walk around and a nearby dog park. NOTE: I can only board a max of 3 nights for new pups. For repeat boarding I can provide extended boarding.

Odalis was amazing. She took me less than a week in advanced and I am so thankful for that. We did a meet and greet with her dog and that went well as well. Simba looked happy and all the updates she sent me and she gave me peace of mind while I was out of town. She sent me daily pictures and updates on him. Her daughter was also great with him.
She took really good care of our pup. Definitely felt reassured that he was in good hands throughout our trip. She sent us photos of Ham and let us know how he was doing. I would definitely book another stay with her.
Odalis was very accommodating in making the time to do a meet and greet with Jasper - to make sure he and my unneutered male did okay together. I wasn’t expecting other dogs to be at her home during the drop off, but I felt confident in her judgement that things would be okay and she could handle them all. Got a few sweet photos, and he had a good time!
Odalis is not only a nice person, but also a responsible and caring dog sitter. We left our dog with her for a week. And from the photos that Odalis sent regularly, our boy looked absolutely happy. They became best friends with Odilis' dog Jasper, playing and even sleeping together in one bed. It looked very cute. Thank you Odalis for taking care of Barnie and say hi to Jasper from a friend. See you again!

Occasionally and if ok with owners, I'll take the pups to a gated dog park nearby, so they get to socialize with other dogs and run around freely. I can crate your pup or leave them out depending on what they're comfortable with. I can also feed your pup in a separate space if needed. Pup must be comfortable with their paws being touched as I wash their paws every time we come back from a walk.

Information Odalis F. would like to know about your pet
Typical questions that I will ask during a meet and greet are: 1. Does your pup have any separation anxiety? 2. What's their typical potty break schedule? 3. Is your pup comfortable with car rides? 4. What does your pup like to play with? 5. Is your pup allergic to anything? 6. Do they get possessive of their food or toys? 7. Does your pup typically sleep in their crate, bed, or anywhere? 8. Is your pup afraid/triggered by any behavior such as a vacuum, broom, skateboarders, cyclists, etc? If so, how does your pup react and how do you usually handle the situation? 9. Is your pup ok with their paws being cleaned? 10. Are you ok with me taking your pup to the dog park or lake? 11. Is there any special care that your pup needs? Anything else you think is important to share...
A typical day
While I'm working I like to have the pups by my desk, I love having their company, they're the best coworkers! My Basset will usually lay down and nap next to my feet. I take breaks from work and play fetch or tug of war with your pup in the backyard or take them on a walk around the neighborhood so they explore.
