Hello! My name is Nyssa and I am a BIG animal lover! So much so, I even built my two cats their own catio and my dog gets swim lessons. I have been taking care of both dogs and cats for almost 10 years. I am comfortable with administering medications if needed, as well as giving lots of cuddles and play time! I graduated college with a degree in biology and chemistry and currently study animal nutrition in my spare time. I can provide numerous references since I have lived in the area most of my life and have been working with the same families for years and often get new clients by their recommendations. I am happy to work with you and the needs of your fur baby! I can do check-ins as frequently as you’d like, walks as long as your fur baby needs, and stay overnight in your home if you need someone to keep your fur baby company at night. With me, your fur baby will be treated like my own, with lots of love, pets, and play! Please note, since I am new to Rover and still learning the system, I am open to discuss and negotiate pricing. I’m currently studying part-time online so that gives me the flexibility to study anywhere I go. I also live with family so they are able to take care of my pets while I am in your home taking care of your fur babies like my own :) I hold myself to the highest standard when staying in the client’s home. It is very important to me to leave the home in the same, or better, condition than it was at the beginning of my stay. I care for the fur babies just as their two-legged family would and what they are comfortable with the pets doing (such as getting up on furniture, if allowed).
