To ensure the best care for your pet, we require meet and greets for first-time bookings and ask for a 2-day advance notice for new reservations. For established boarders and daycare dogs, we accept last-minute and same-day requests based on availability. Maintaining a healthy environment is paramount to us, which is why we require proof of vaccinations for DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies (16 weeks or older). Additionally, all pets over 6 months old must be spayed or neutered. When you bring your pet to us, remember to pack their food, medication (if applicable), blanket, and toys (especially for teething puppies). We create a personalized care plan for each dog, considering factors such as playstyle, size, age, and personality to ensure they are placed in the most suitable playgroup. We conduct temperament testing and do not accept aggressive dogs. Dogs accustomed to both small and big breeds thrive in our environment. Many of our furry guests have been regular visitors for years and are always excited to welcome new friends into our loving and safe space. Our spacious 2300-square-foot home features two cozy yards, each enclosed by an 8-foot wood fence, providing your pet with plenty of space to play and roam freely. We specialize in daycare and boarding services, ensuring that there is always someone at home to care for your furry friend. We offer convenient drop-off hours from 6:30 am to 8:30 pm, and pickups can be arranged until 11:00 pm. To maintain a smooth schedule, drop-offs and pickups are reserved in 30-minute time slots. If you anticipate running late, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please note that we do not accept drop-offs on major holidays, including Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th, and New Year's Day. However, you are welcome to schedule a drop-off for the day before any of these holidays. We prioritize the safety and well-being of all pets in our care. Our yards are securely enclosed by 8-foot wooden fences, and we also utilize baby gates to prevent door darting incidents.
