Taro always look happy after his walk!

This stay did not go as well as we had hoped. The first day the lights were left on and the door was left unlocked. We needed someone to come at 11am everyday of the week (5 hours alone for a puppy). We were informed 30 minutes before the sitter was supposed to get there that she would be an hour late. 6 hours is a little long for a puppy to go without going outside. After the first day, the sitter informed us that she wouldn’t be able to come until noon everyday. At this point we couldn’t make other plans on such short notice to change sitters. The sitter was not very good at communicating her progress. She did not use the Rover app to indicate when she arrived and when she left. I was able to come home early from my job, therefore cancelled the last day on short notice. The sitter was very willing to refund the amount for that day despite the short notice. Overall, our dog did well everyday and the sitter was helpful.
