I’m a Uni student who loves dogs!!
Pet care experience
I am a freshman at UT at Arlington, I am studying Finance but after I graduate I plan to be a pilot and have finance as my backup option. I want to walk dogs to give myself income on the side since I am unable to get a part time job currently because school is a big priority of mine. An added bonus is that I love dogs, almost a little too much, but I love to exercise and often go on walks, and my walk would be so much better if I had a dog by my side! I get out of my last class pretty late (7PM) but my Friday’s and weekends are completely free. I have a gap between 12:45pm and 4:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays that I am available to walk or drop by to take care of your pet. Overall, I am very good with pets and enjoy walking or playing around with them. I also used to be a volunteer in a dog shelter where I would work with the dogs to play well with the other ones and sometimes clean their cages which wasn’t my favorite, but nonetheless, I love dogs!

Nyla came and watched all of our animals while we were vacationing in Europe, which includes three fish tanks, a bunny, and a dog! We were gone for a total of 18 days and she took amazing care of all of our pets, which included cleaning the fish tanks, Piper's cage (our bunny), and taking Darbey (our dog) for walks in the evenings, and of course feeding them. She would pop in at-least once a day and stay for less than an hour and turn on/off the fish tank lights and cater to the salt fish tank which takes a little bit more experience than our other fish tanks. Overall I was very pleased with her taking care of our pets and all the updates through pictures and texts she sent us on our trip which only made our family miss our pets more! But we knew they were in good hands. I highly recommend Nyla, she is so friendly and professional. We will definitely be using her for the next time we leave for vacation!

Is the dog good with other dogs/cats? I love all dogs, and have a soft spot for golden retrievers. I had one growing up, she sadly passed away and can’t get a pet where I live so I can take others dogs on walks instead!
A typical day
River legacy is my favorite place to walk dogs, it’s a safe and open environment with lots of trails for the dog to explore, I feel like it’s a much better space for a dog than next to a road with oncoming traffic!
