Nyla and Corey did an amazing job with our Alaskan Klee Kai. Our very energetic dog is prone to a bit of separation anxiety. They handled him really well, kept him entertained, and took lots of pictures and video while we were away to reassure us. I highly recommend them.
I had a mixed experience with this sitter. I do want to acknowledge that they responded promptly and took appropriate action when my dog began showing concerning symptoms, which I appreciated. During the stay, my dog required an emergency vet visit. The veterinarian indicated that her symptoms were consistent with possible marijuana exposure, although testing was inconclusive. This was very concerning to me, especially since I had previously shared that my dog tends to pick up and eat items from the ground. I did observe some items on the floor in the pictures and videos (such as fluff/debris), which may present a risk for dogs with this tendency. While I am grateful for the sitter’s quick response once an issue was identified, this experience raised concerns for me regarding environmental safety, and I would be hesitant to book again.
Boarding our dog with Nyla and Corey was a great experience from start to finish! Great communication from the time we booked through pick up after our trip, with daily communication while our dog was in their care including pictures of her enjoying herself. Most importantly, our dog who had come home from every other boarding experience panting and anxious was nothing but tail wags and happy jumps when we picked her up from staying with Nyla and Corey. I highly recommend them for a home away from home for your pup.
