Hello, my name is Nyala. I am looking forward to being you and your dog's favorite walker/sitter by making sure they are well taken care of during each service. I'm well versed in caring for a variation of animals such as dogs, cats, chickens, etc. Your pets well-being is my top priority! I'm looking forward to getting to know you, and especially your pooch. Generally my focus is to engage your pet as much as necessary. Patience and communication are my most effective tools so I will often use (and sometimes teach) verbal commands. Care will vary for each dog/cat/etc but I pride myself on my compassionate and knowledgeable service.

I find it important to know their personality/behaviors (energetic, anxious, friendly, aggressive, etc). Any schedules they may be on in regards to food, medication, and activities. Allergies. Also knowing how they are on a leash during walks.
A typical day
Depending on the space, I generally start the days off with giving your pet some outside time to play and/or use the restroom. After I usually will feed them unless instructed otherwise. If allowed, I will take them out on at least two walks to give them more opportunities to use the restroom and exercise.

Availability
I do have a full time job and work as a pet service provider only part time. This means I am available to check in on your furry family member throughout the day (must be able to be alone 5-6 hours max) or I can stay over. Whatever your pet may need, I likely can accommodate with advance notice. Very much open to last minute booking requests if I am available.
