Pet care experience
I got my first dog over ten years ago and he was the best guy ever — in my personal opinion — he is the black and white collie featured! He was a dog we got from the Toronto Humane Society, he was fixed, and I grew up learning how to care for dogs through him. Now, in school we have a new family dog, so far unfixed, whose the best 2.0! I’ll take care of your pet the way I would want someone to care for mine and our visits/walks won’t just be that, we’ll chat a bit too because they have feelings. And that’s what I would wants someone to do with my animals. I do have some other commitments so the schedule you see is when I have nothing else going. I try to be flexible — especially since things can be worked into the day :)

So happy my dog is getting quality care. She is warming up to Nya very quickly and it’s progressing very well. I am so happy to have this sweet girl as my sitter.
I am so grateful to have found Naya! My puppy is extremely attached to me and it was her first time away from me for more than five minutes but she was able to keep her calm and care for her extremely well! I will definitely be booking again.

I have babysat since I was old enough to, and would always be the cousin to go around to the houses to dog sit or watch the younger siblings when the parents are away. It’s something I am incredibly comfortable with and prepared to learn the ways in which your pet works best on their environment so that their lives go on without unnecessary disruption.

Please let me know as much as possible about your pets ? It’ll help me to ensure that I am properly meeting their needs (even if it’s emotional such as anxiety or triggers when on a walk). I have found that when I am aware of any of these things it makes it easier for your pet to feel comfortable around be and more at ease that aren’t there. If that means cutting them up a gourmet dinner or taking them out more, or less, frequently I am happy to oblige but I am not able to if I do not know.
A typical day
I like to keep a relatively regimented routine, but any day I can get out of the house and be outdoors is a good one. Whether is a stroll around the neighbourhood or something that requires more physical excursion being outside is the place to be in my opinion.

Availability
I am currently a student in teachers college which allows me the flexibility to pet-sitter if you need!! That does mean sometimes however I am not online because I am teaching during the week :)
