I've had dogs for as long as I can remember--from a little chihuahua to a huge Rhodesian ridgeback. I've even volunteered working with stray dogs in Asia (sometimes 10 at a time!) from administering intravenous chemotherapy treatments to handling massive flea outbreaks. No challenge is too big! I've always done everything myself with my dogs, from medication administration to grooming. I've had plenty of experience with puppies as well as senior dogs. I'm also very accustomed to managing small dogs that are prone to intimidation from bigger dogs. I've always set an alpha example for my dogs and carefully trained them--my own dog goes off leash and is extremely responsive to all of my commands. I'm up for bringing my long haired chihuahua along for a social hang out if your dog is up for it or just to spend quality one on one time with your pup. I'm a freelance editor so my schedule is very flexible, and I'm looking for an excuse to walk around and get to know Berkeley and your dog! I adore dogs and would love to become friends with your pup! Anyone who knows me knows how spoiled my dog is...I am of the "dogs as people" school of thought.
