I've always surrounded myself with different types of animals since I can remember. I grew up with primarily big dogs-- German Shepherds, Malinois, and a Husky so I can handle just about any size and weight :). Pets speak to me more than humans ever have, and I promise to take care of them the way I would mine. My roommate for 3 years was the valedictorian of NC State University's Vet School so I had the pleasure of getting to learn a lot about dogs and their behaviors. We fostered countless pups as well as taking care of our own pitbull mix and german shepherd/ husky.
