This was our first time ever using Rover and it was the best experience ever!! Norma, her husband Tim, and kiddos were so kind and welcoming from the moment we got there. We have a 1.6year old mountain Bernese who has terrible anxiety with any strangers. Her anxiety and fear is very severe, she is never aggressive just terrified. I can honestly say Norma was amazing with her, Bailey loved her and was very chill with her. We also left our 13 year old dachshund who is blind in one eye and has several tumors. He also was taken care of very well. I could tell that both our dogs were happy and having fun while they were there. I will definitely be booking Norma again in the future and highly recommend them for your pet too.

Satin absolutely loved staying with Norma! Her husband and daughter are so sweet! And Igloo is so huge but a little teddy bear at heart! Satin loved it there! I was so happy to see the pictures of Satin chilling out with her little daughter I was so cute! Thanks Norma and family! For giving Satin a place to feel welcome and at home for a while!
