Norm is a person who works very well with all dogs. I don't believe he has ever met a dog that doesn't love him! He is very gentle and kind with all dogs. He has watched my dogs, both large and small, for several weeks at a time. I never need to worry when he is caring for them; I know that they will be safe and well looked after. He is very responsible, always on time, conscientious, and personable with people as well as the dogs! I think he can handle almost any breed.
