We are first time clients of Norbert. This was the longest trip I’ve ever had to leave my Wayne. With his extreme separation anxiety, Norbert made sure to make him feel as comfortable as possible. Wayne was not himself the first couple of days but Norbert went about and beyond for both Wayne and myself. He assured me that as the days went by, Wayne was getting better. I couldn’t have hired a better dog sitter, I feel very lucky to have found him and would absolutely love to hire him in the future! He sent updates as well as pics that definitely helped ease me. I could ramble on and on about how impressed our service was but you’ll have to hire him for yourselves!
