Pet care experience
Over the last several years, I have cared for many of my friends' pets since I've been married and worked from home. Most of my experience comes from house sitting (checking in on their dog/cat/fish daily) and walking dogs. I've pet-sat golden retrievers, labs, King Charles spaniels, cats, and all sorts of mutts. I truly love just about any animal! One of my favorite things is experiencing the genuine excitement and unconditional affection they have for you every time you come home or feed them. I love to match that energy and provide a fun environment that closes the gap of time that you’re away from your fur-baby. It’s important to me that your animal has the companionship it needs to help make it while you’re out—either at work or on holiday—so you can rest at ease and concentrate on anything in front of you. It’s also important to eliminate the anxiety many pets can feel when they’re separated from their owners—and I enjoy being a part of the solution to help comfort and care for animals in this way, too. This past May, I got my own rabbit after wanting one for years! I did months of research on training and proper care so I’d be as ready as possible to care for it and make it my own. While I love my bunny and wouldn’t trade her for anything, I also realize animals can be a lot of work—but it’s absolutely worth it to me! I have LOVED having such a sweet, sensitive animal, and genuinely understand the importance of continuing this care for other people when they are out of pocket. I would love the chance to walk your dog or check in on your fur-baby(s) whenever you need! I want each person's pet to have a great experience, and am not afraid to put in the time and effort your pet deserves. Currently I work from home and have a lot of flexibility to house sit and walk your dog(s). Mornings and afternoons during the weekdays work the best in order to suit your schedule; anything from 11am-3pm I can do! I have access to a few parks and hiking spots near me to help your dog get in all the exercise they need. I am also happy to crate your animal afterwards and make sure he/she is good to go before you get home.

If your dog(s) love to play fetch, catch snowballs, or just sit and get a good belly rub, I love to interact with dogs they way they most love to be cared for.
