Noelle did a great job boarding our Gracie when we were out of town over Christmas. She treated Gracie quite well, sent us pictures nearly every day, and welcomed Gracie into her family. i highly recommend her.

Noelle struggles to communicate clearly. We often had several times when the agreed upon pick-up and drop off times were changed at the last minute. My attempts at negotiating a time that worked for them were often met with I also purchased a crate so my dog would have a 'home' at their place and when they stopped sitting my dog they never gave it back or returned my messages. Furthermore, during the duration of time they watched my dog, he developed a lot of behavioral issues. Overall, I am not pleased with their service and I'm honestly a little surprised to see that their account is still active. I'm still pretty frustrated with the experience I had with this sitter.
