PLEASE read my profile before contacting me for a booking request! Most of your questions are answered below. PLEASE book early for the upcoming holidays because I have limited spaces and don't want you to be left out! I cannot accept any extremely old, infirm or sickly dogs, or if your dog has diabetes because it can worsen rapidly. Old dogs are okay as long as they move around good and are eating good and going to poop and pee like they should. If your dog is very weak and can hardly stand, please do not ask me to board it for you. Also I cannot accept dogs that tend to run from strangers. PLEASE, NO aggressive dogs! I cannot board dogs that are bullies or don't play nice with other dogs. Be sure your dogs profile lets me know how your dog interacts with others. For the last 11 years, I have been boarding dogs since I retired. People can relax while on business trips or vacations and not have to worry if their dogs are well taken care of. I love my job now because I make new friends and the dogs find a relaxing environment so they can have fun. I am looking forward to meeting you and your pup! NO American Pit Bull Terriers please!

Information Noel S. would like to know about your pet
You MUST fill out the profile for your dog and post a photo of it on the profile so I know what your dog looks like. All dogs MUST be on some type of flea and tick control. If your dog comes here and is infested with fleas, I will have to ask you to bring some preventative before the dog can stay. I prefer Advantus soft chews initially because they start killing fleas within 1 hour, and a long acting soft chew that will last the duration of the stay. I do not board French Bulldogs, Cane Corso, Dogo Argentino, American Pit Bull terrier, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Shih Tzu dogs or dogs smaller than 25 pounds. No toy breeds because they can easily slip out of the smallest hole in a fence and are also picked on by larger dogs. I can't be responsible for that.
A typical day
I have a dog door and most dogs learn to use it within the first few minutes of being here. I do not walk your dog because they get plenty of exercise in the back yard and can freely come and go in and out of the house and I don't want to risk a dog pulling out of it's collar and running off.

I cannot accept any extremely old, infirm or sickly dogs. Old dogs are okay as long as they move around good and are eating good and going potty like they should. If your dog is very weak and can hardly stand, please do not ask me to board it for you. Also I cannot accept dogs that tend to run from strangers because that makes it very difficult for me to get them to come inside and when it is time to go. I will ask you to come through the side gate to get your dog. Some dogs just don't trust strangers and that can lead to a dog bite. It is not worth it to me. I was attacked by an American Pit Bull terrier a few years ago and spent 4 days in the hospital. I needed plastic surgery on my arm and leg. I love all dogs, but some dogs just don't want to behave.
