I have known Noah for his entire life and he is such a kind, caring and responsible person. He has 2 dogs of his own, a 13 year old labrador and a 2 year old labrador so he understands the needs of all types of dogs. He lavishes attention on his dogs and I'm sure would treat your dog as well as he does his own.
