I got my first dog when I was 10, my parents' apology for not giving me another sibling. She was an angel, never barked or fought, but by the end of her life she was in diapers, so i'm kind of an expert dealing with dogs who pee in the house. She was also the most stubborn walker, especially when she was young. She passed away two years ago. Since then, I've taken care of dogs of all types for my friends, from elderly french bulldogs to german shepherd pups. I've never met a doggo i didn't like, or couldn't handle! As a PhD student, I have a very flexible schedule--I spend most of my time reading and working in my (hardwood floor) apartment. I often go on walks and runs as study breaks, I like to read and journal at Promontory Point, and would love a furry friend to keep me company!
