Pet care experience
Hi! Looking for a reliable sitter? We are two physicians and fellow dog-lovers each with 7+ years of experience dog sitting. Since we can't take on our own pet at this time, we'd love to share our love for dogs with your best bud! Whether it's cuddles on the couch or a run outside, we are prepared for it all! We live in a spacious pet-friendly townhouse with a small patio that's near several parks, including the Charles/esplanade so there's plenty to keep your best friend occupied. Since we are truly doing this out of love for canines, we only take one dog at a time and you'll never have to worry-- our full attention will be on your pup! I wholehearted trust Nitzy with my pup’s happiness and well-being. She is extremely accomodating and works around both your schedule and your pup’s schedule. She also goes above and beyond by giving my pup walks right before I pick her up and taking my pup out on playdates. When I was away on vacation, she sent pictures and updates everyday about how my dog was doing, and even took her out to play in the snow. Pepper is always excited to see her and immediately makes herself at home at Nitzy’s house. Your furry friends will definitely feel welcomed and a part of the family with her! I highly recommend her to any pet owner!
Nitzy was absolutely amazing! We previously tried boarding Fluffy at a fancy dog hotel, and the experience was night and day. At the hotel, Fluffy was anxious and uncomfortable during drop-off - so bad that I almost changed my mind. With Nitzy, he was instantly comfortable at drop-off. After some initial exploring was more than happy to play with her and snuggle with her. She also asked great questions to make sure she had all the pertinent information to provide the best care. I literally left there with a sigh of relief - I knew I had nothing to worry about. During the stay, Nitzy kept us informed throughout the stay with photos and updates. Fluffy has a very sensitive tummy and she was amazingly gracious when he had an accident in the house - it's clear her utmost concern was making sure Fluffy was ok. He quickly recovered under her excellent care (probably the fastest he's ever gotten over an upset tum!), and she kept us informed throughout. I cannot recommend Nitzy enough - Fluffy had the best time!
Nitzy is an all around animal lover. She cares for all animals from houseflys to horses. When it comes to dogs nitzy is a born dog lover. She knows how to give them the attention they need as well as when to be stern ( followed by hugs of course ). She knows how to have fun with your dog in a safe and responsible manner. Whenever my little pup sees her I think he has grown to love her more than me! Nitzy is the best dog sitter, I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
