Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of pets since I was a child. We had all kinds of pets when I was younger from fish to dogs to cats , turtles , snakes and lizards ! I had the cutest husky for 10yrs of my youth, a pit bull, turtle, and yorkie as an adult. Whenever family members had to go on vacation or could no longer care for their pets I was always the go to to foster their babies. I hope I am able to give your four legged babies the same care and attention I give my little humans 24/7 !

As a soldier of the U.S. Army I am constantly on missions that require me to be away from home. Shawn has always stepped in to help foster my full of life Pit whenever she was available. Whether it was a full weekend or during the week just to drop in when I had to stay in the supply shop late, she always came through. Pit bulls get a bad rap but Shawn welcomes my Papi with bowls of food and love. I feel safe leaving him with her anytime.

With my little human being so young we already have gates on our stairs, cabinet locks etc so the same attention will go to my pet friends. Even though we do not have a fence at this time I will make sure to stay close during outside play and my office space can be closed off as their own space during overnight visits. Please feel free to provide their preferred crate and let’s discuss any specifics you may have.

A typical day
I love to stimulate your dog both physically and mentally. We can take long walks, enjoy any of the dog parks in Charlotte, explore all the smells in my neighborhood, and the park here as well. My children will love playing fetch !

Availability
I work from home and my kids are out the house during the day. My schedule is pretty flexible. I work out during the week as well, which include morning runs so your pet will get plenty of outdoor time between my workout schedule and soccer drills I run with my son.
