Hi Guys, Please make sure before arrival for boarding that: your dog is clean, treated for fleas, up to date on all his vaccinations and was recently groomed. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog an owner who we don't feel comfortable with :) we do this for fun, and we would only like to take care of dogs whose owners are respectful of our guidelines, and our communicative and friendly. If your dog is one of the following: A puppy, an elderly dog that needs extra care, aggressive, barks a lot, not house trained, territory marker, doesn't get along with other dogs or hasn't been neutered or spayed. We reserve the right to refuse the dog or offer to take him for a rate, that is up to our discretion, and will factor in the extra time we have to take in order the give your dog proper care. We determine the type of dog on the "Meet and Greet", and we adjust any offer initially shown on the Rover APP accordingly. We hope you choose to stay with us, but totally understand if our requests are a bit much to comply with. We take multiple walks during the day :) We can't promise this as a part of the stay, but he might take your dog for a walk, once or many times. We play with the dogs on a daily basis, because we enjoy it, and it makes us happy :) If we don't have a lot of dog's boarding, we might even take your buddy to the dog park ;) We usually have 3-4 dogs staying with us on a regular basis, please take that into consideration Check in Between 6AM- 7PM Check out 11AM Pick up is available until 7PM, *If a dog will be picked up after 11AM, he will be charged the daily rate that was set at the time of the original booking
