Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Nina and I'm a new pediatric medical resident at Primary Children’s in Salt Lake City! I love animals (all kinds!) and am always happy to get a little pet therapy after long days at work. I am interested mostly in drop in visits with a flexible schedule, but also would be happy to do longer overnight stays! My pet ownership experience is incredibly varied - growing up I've owned 2 rabbits, 1 cat, 2 dogs, 1 hamster, 2 salamanders, and dozens of fish! Previously, I have worked as a dog walker and would be happy to walk your dog/pet out while I am petsitting. I would be most happy overnight sitting that is close to the children’s hospital or foothills area. Besides dogs and cats, I have special interests in strange or 'exotic' pets, such as axolotls or bearded dragons, and would be happy to follow your care instruction!

Nina did daily check ins for our cat when we were called away for an extended period due to a family emergency. She was amazing in her communications and also has experience with aquariums so she made sure that stayed in tip top shape while we were gone as well. Absolutely 5 stars!
Nina was awesome as a house sitter for our cats! She was available last minute and super responsive, and she sent lots of updates and photos on how they were doing. Highly recommend her and thanks again, Nina!

I would like to know how your dog reacts to strangers and their general temperment. I have had a few negative experiences via Wag where the dogs I was assigned to walk were very aggressive.
A typical day
We will absolutely go on a walk if your dog is leash-trained and in good health! My family dog is a huge fan of frisbee, so I have become quite the disc thrower, if that is something that interests your pet!

I work full time and can only overnight stays or flexible drop ins. I’ve had great success with recurring clients who travel often or with daily evening drop in visits for extended periods (1+ months)
