Pet care experience
Cozy two bed/two bath condo will be the perfect home away from home for your pooch. One of the rooms is a guest room, where your pup can sleep or he/she can also sleep in the master room with the humans. The condo I live in is very dog-friendly condo, and there are lots of nice trails outside where we can go for lovely, long walks. We are also within walking distance of Northacres Park where there is an off-leash area for dogs. The neighborhood is called Pinehurst but it’s very close to Northgate. There are mostly apartment buildings and single-family homes in the area, but it’s a very walkable neighborhood. 2-3 walks a day would be no problem for me. I am also a big fan of snuggling if your pup is as well. I would also be more than happy to go to nearby dog parks as well (only if we have your permission to bring him/her.) About this sitter: I am a huge dog lover! I volunteered at PAWS as a kennel attendant for almost a year. I genuinely love being around all types of dogs because they bring me so much joy and excitement! Many of my friends are dog owners so I am comfortable around both rambunctious and calm dogs. I have experience walking them, caring for them, and loving them endlessly! I volunteered at PAWS as a kennel attendant for almost a year. As a kennel attendant, I walked dogs of all sizes, fed, cleaned and played with them. I would also brush their pet fur. Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover for life. I volunteered at PAWS as a kennel attendant for almost a year and loved interacting and cuddling with the pups! Meet my pets I don't have any pets, but I have lots of experience with dogs (with my friends' and at PAWS.) About my yard I have an outdoor balcony since I live in a condo. It's not the biggest, but it's nice if your dog wants a breath of fresh air from time to time. My experience administering medication Yes, oral.

Nina was fantastic with our dog. She was very patient with him because he is nervous and takes time to warm up to strangers. She was also flexible with pick up when there was an issue with extra traffic on our way home. She was also very concerned about our dog's health when he was too nervous to eat much during the stay and she found food he would eat that matched his dietary restrictions. She went above and beyond for our little dog.
Nina was great with my dog and made it super convenient for me by doing pick up and drop off.
Nina was so awesome with my dog Liam. I was looking for someone to help me out with letting Liam out while I was at work for 12 hrs. I could tell that he was well cared for. Highly recommend her.
My dog Curry had a great time staying with Nina! She got lots of walks and attention and came home relaxed and well-rested. Nina was great to work with -- very responsive and sent lots of pictures. I hope Nina will be available to take care of Curry again in the future!

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks We have a nearby trail, Jackson Park Perimeter Trail, which is a nice short walk, or anywhere around our neighborhood would make for a great stroll. We are also within walking distance of Northacres Park that has a great off-leash area. I can also drive 7 minutes to Eastside Off Leash Area in Shoreline. In addition, I will take your dog on walks as much as they're used to, and if they are especially active, then I will walk them around Green Lake once or twice as long as the weather is nice. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Your dog can sleep wherever he/she is used to sleeping; kennel, in our room, out in the living room, etc. Time I'll spend with your dog I will spend as much time with your dog during the day. I occassionally will need to go into the office for meetings or errand runs, but most of the time, I will be home. I work from home during the week and can stay at home on weekends as well. Time I'll spend with your dog As much time as you'd like me to. I can also take them on multiple walks.
