Nina was an absolute life saver! We reached out fairly last minute for our 3 year old pup and were able to do a meet and greet & leave her later that night for a long weekend. Nina, her kids, and her young pup were wonderful and our dog had a great time playing, socializing, and hanging out with the family. We got lots of pictures and Nina was a fantastic communicator. We will definitely use her services in the future.

I was so relieved when Nina took my last-minute booking! My pup looked like she had a good time at her place, and Nina seems to truly love dogs. I started to get a bit concerned when her situation didn’t match her profile (she lives at a different address and has a puppy now), but she was great and sent frequent photos and updates. The one other thing that added some stress was that I learned she doesn’t do pick-ups after 8 PM. I had booked pickup for 7-9 PM to give me some buffer, expecting to be there by 8. Due to the train derailment and bridge collapse near Pueblo, I was running a bit later than expected but still within that window when she told me about her policy and asked if I could pick Harper up the next morning instead. Luckily we got it sorted out and I was able to pick up my dog, but it would have been great to know from the beginning!
