Hi, my name is Nikolette and I love animals of all kinds. I grew up in a household with a wide variety of dogs, cats, and aquatic pets, and am comfortable caring for most creatures. Animals have played a very important role in my life, and I would love to help out in any way I can. I have extensive experience in both dog walking and pet sitting! I’ve worked largely on WAG and have put photos of reviews from those services in my profile. I have been very careful throughout the entirety of the Covid-19 pandemic and am fully vaccinated, and would make it a priority to keep both myself and your household safe. I am currently an undergraduate student at DePaul University, studying receiving my BFA in Theatre Arts and my BA in Animation. Nikolette took my pup on a long walk and she had a blast!
Nikolette did a great job of following the notes I left for my cat. Even though some things I use were new to her (top entry litter box, automatic feeder), she was adaptable and learned quickly. Her notes were clear and brief, but my cat is pretty easy and there usually isn’t much to report. Nikolette was quick to reply to messages, respected my apartment, and my cat was perfectly happy when I came back!
Nikolette went above and beyond when caring for our cat Oscar. Her communication is exceptional. Whether it be her prompt response, or her thorough updates after drop ins. I couldn’t be happier and clearly neither could Oscar. Grateful we found Nikolette, and happy we have such a great sitter for the future!

This can include extra playtime, walks, and LOTS of pets :) I try my best to not leave them alone for too long, and to gage their needs based on the pets personality.

A typical day
I am happy to take dogs on long walks as well as to dog parks, and to play with them within the household. I always love to be able to take a dog to any park or natural area if that is an option.

Availability
As of now through the beginning of September, I am available to sit and walk for your pets full time. Once my semester starts back up again, my availability will change based on my class schedule.
