My whole life I have grown up in a household full of pets. I was raised with chihuahuas, an australian shepherd named Chloe, and a cat named Dora. My family loves animals and so there was always one in the house at some point. I have been dog-sitting off and on for almost two years and have I loved every second of it. I have also fostered two dogs! I fostered a dog named Roo for a few months while she recovered from heartworm, and another high energy pup named Otis. I have learned a ton from my fostering experience in addition to my dog watching jobs, I truly cherish my time with these lovely creatures! I now have my own cat as well and have plenty of experience and love for cats as well :). I know that working and having a pet can be stressful, it feels terrible leaving them behind knowing they’ll be alone for hours while you’re gone.
