Pet care experience
I am currently a dog mom to a 60 lb, high engergy 3 year-old Golden Retriever named Belle. She is the light of my life and I love her dearly. Some might even say she is spoiled ;-) She is my first pet that I have owned outside of a family pet and I've raised her from a puppy with my fiancé. We live in a single-family home with both a front and back yard that is completely fenced in. Perfect for play dates if your pet is friendly! I owned cats for over 20 years and raised my baby Noah (RIP) since he was a kitten until he died of cancer a few years ago. I love all animals and am a very active person. I also make homemade dog treats that are all natural! I would love to be able to spoil your pet just as much as I spoil my own. **before accepting boarding I will require at least a few hours of "doggy daycare" before your requested boarding dates to ensure it will be a good fit**

Our pup was so happy and tired after a day of play with Nikki and Belle. Nikki was great to coordinate with and communicative throughout the day. We loved the updates, photos, and are looking forward to scheduling again.
My pet’s time with Nikki was great. Nikki was very good at sending regular updates - pictures, texts, etc. Definitely will use her again in the future.
Can I give Nikki 10 stars?! Will hands down use Nikki again for our Rover needs. This was our 1st time using Rover and we are so happy to have found Nikki. Her communication is top notch and sends updates and photos during our dogs stay. I was not nervous whatsoever after our meet and greet, and I knew our pup would be in great hands getting lots of play time and snuggles. Can’t recommend Nikki enough.
Nikki did a fantastic job watching our 3 (!) dogs and 2 rabbits. She was great at communicating both before and during her stay. Our pups got lots of play time and snuggles, and they seemed happy and relaxed on our return. We came home to a clean house, and were absolutely amazed that Nikki had even washed the bed linens in the guest room and re made the bed. We would highly recommend her for pet and housesitting!

What is your pet's favorite activities? Is your pet afraid of anything? Does your pet have any allergies or special needs? Are there any types of people or animals your dog doesn't get along with? I prefer dogs that are 80 lbs or less in weight
A typical day
I live in a single-family house with a good sized, fully fenced in front and back yard. If you are boarding or coming for doggy daycare, your pet will have lots of fun running around the yard with my dog, Belle. We also have a baby pool for hot summer days! I am able to take your dog to the local dog park to run and play ball or to go on a nice long walk at Lincoln Park or Alki. For longer stays or walks, I can go to Magnuson or Marymoor or walk downtown near the Seattle water front. Of course, I would get owner approval before bringing your pet to any off-leash activity. Lots of playing tug or fetch or just cuddles and pets!

Availability
I am hybrid WFH 3 days a week & can easily plan breaks in my day to give your pet attention. I am very socially active, so weekends I tend to bounce around to dog parks or breweries.
