Pet care experience
I have had dogs my entire life. [Insert something here about how superior dogs are to cats.] Currently, I have a spacious apartment, where I've hosted my parents' dog while they're travelling. Between my partner and I -- also a dog-lover! -- we've been able to coordinate a round-the-clock food/walk/play schedule. We have a fun, but calm energy that creates a home-away-from-home energy. I'm also on an incredibly flexible schedule when it comes to taking walks or popping in for visits. I've been working from home since before it was cool/mandatory.

I've known Nikki for a long time and she has always loved animals. It comes natural to her when it comes to interacting and taking care of pets, she's owned several throughout her life. She's extremely responsible and I would trust her to take care of my own dachshund if I went away.

A typical day
I must've been a dog in a past life because I love long walks, exploring new parks and trails, and am very sensitive to new smells. So we'll be doing all of the above.

Availability
I'm a writer and comedian so most of my day/work lives on my phone and is almost never urgent. Taking care of dogs is my daily reminder to be a human and go outside. I drink water when they do.
