I would like a list of your dog's usual routine. How often and how much does your dog eat? Does your dog have any allergies? Are treats okay? How often does your dog typically go out for bathroom breaks? What does your dog's usual walk look like? Do they walk slowly and meandering, or do they need to run? Does your dog have any behavioral concerns I should be aware of? Any aggression toward people or other animals, or maybe only in certain situations? In case of emergency, who is your dog's veterinarian? If an emergency occurs outside of office hours, do you have a preference on using UF or Blue Pearl for emergency care? Does your dog have any medical conditions that I should be aware of? Any medications that are required? If staying in my home, does your dog have a "bedtime"? Should your dog be allowed on furniture? Is your dog crate trained? Cat friendly? If being watched in your home, please let me know of any house rules that apply to your dog (for example, my dog knew he wasn't allowed in the kitchen or in the guest bedroom, but he was allowed on the bed).
