Nikki was great! She responded quickly and took great care of our babies! Will definitely use again!

We were incredibly disappointed in the service we received from Nikki and grateful that we had security cameras set up at our home so we had some idea of what happened over the weekend. We hired Nikki to spend the night at our house and watch our 2 Goldendoodles and 3 cats from Friday - Sunday morning this weekend. One of them is a year and a half, the other is just under 8 months old. Nikki told me that on Friday she got off work around 4:30 and would come by the house afterwards. She did not show up to our home until a little after 9 pm. She did spend the night and left Saturday morning about 7 am. We had no problem with her not being at the house 24/7. However, on Saturday, she returned about 3:35 (with a friend that we were not aware was going to be in our home) and left again at 4:05. She then returned to our house at 12:30 that night. So, for over 17 hours, our dogs had one break from their kennels for 20 minutes. That's not enough time for them to have been able to eat, digest and get a good potty break in. As a result, one of the dogs chewed up her bed in her kennel, which we now have to pay to replace. We paid over $230 for Nikki to care for our animals and she barely interacted with them. I would never hire Nikki again and I urge caution to anyone else who thinks about it. I will also be reaching out to Rover to see if we have any recourse for the amount of money we paid for a service that was not provided.
