Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Nikki, and I have had dogs all my life. I previously worked at a boarding kennel as the manager for 8 years and have over 10 years professional experience caring for pets. I have experience giving medicine, anything from drops, to pills, to insulin shots! I am very good with anxious and/or aggressive pets. I have experience working with dogs of all sizes from 5 lb dogs to 160+lb dogs! I love taking pups on long walks and to the park. I have 7 cats and 2 dogs of my own and have the same experience with cats as I do with dogs! I am willing to travel a bit to get to my destination. For pet sitting overnight, I'll snuggle your pet all night! I also have over 2 years experience working in a groom shop. I work part time during the summer and will be working and going to school in the fall so my availability varies from time to time. If you are interested, please let me know as soon as possible so I can co-ordinate schedules! For house sitting, I do have a son now that I'd need to bring with me sometimes for overnight if possible. He loves animals!

Nikki did a great job with Rocco! Even though he was really nervous about having someone walk him, she was very nice and patient with him. She was on time and responded quickly. I felt great knowing someone responsible was coming to walk my dog!

A typical day
I love to give dogs walks, go for hikes, play in the water with them, run them around the yard, and play with their toys! Cats would get cuddles and playtime with their toys!

Availability
I work part time and usually do walks or drop ins before/after work, on lunch break, or on days off! I have a busy schedule but can be pretty flexible if needed.
