I grew up with several pets in my home which blossomed my love for animals. My senior year of college I began fostering dogs from Shelby Humane Society. I have fostered dogs with behavioral and medical issues. My second long term foster was in my care after a leg amputation. Not long after healing he became a permanent resident and my best buddy. My college roommates and I fostered, long term and short, 9+ dogs who we have loved whole heartedly and helped find loving homes for. Opening up my home to dogs in need has been so rewarding and I would love to continue loving on more pups, especially those that have found there forever home. Now that I’m married with another sweet pup in the home, I hope to continue working with animals. Working through Rover will allow me to love and care for even more fur babies.
