Pet care experience
I've been around animals most of my life, and I love all types, shapes, and sizes. I am a nurse and deal with a lot of people and stress, so animals are like my escape. Anywhere I go I'm looking for new furry friends. I have three babies of my own, two dogs and a cat, all rescues. I've helped look after furry family members for my friends and family, so why not branch out and help more in the community and spread the love, boops, and smooches.

Nikki made my wife and I feel very comfortable leaving our precious Luna, a Golden Retriever. Great communication throughout the whole process and very up front. Amazing with the pets. You can tell she loves them. Tons of pics too. Overall highly recommend her. We will definitely use her again.
Nikki was awesome! She sent lots of pictures and updates. It was the first time leaving our puppy but she was great with him! What a relief to have someone dependable and responsible tj care for a member of our family.
I highly recommend and endorse Nikki for any pet sitting needs. She recently cared for my cat, Marty, while I traveled on business. Marty was taken care of exceptionally well. I was notified when he was fed, water changed, litter box scooped and of course, plenty of pictures. I have only great things to say about Nikki! She watched for my dog while I was away and she provided the best care I could've asked for!! She was super respectful of my home and my instructions to care for my pup! I came home to a happy Nash and a home as I had left it. She went above and beyond asking if she could do certain activities with him as well as confirming any questions she had. I got updates and pictures, which made me feel even more comfortable being away. I would highly recommend her to watch your pets and would instantly contact her again for her help!

I have a large fenced yard for my girls to run and play in. My cat is indoor only so I am always watchful entering and exiting the house so no furbabies on the loose on my watch. For walks even well trained dogs I will walk with a leash, for safety reasons. If you have a fenced yard I'll likely be outside with them when they are out, to play and keep an eye on things.

Vet and emergency contact, just in case. Any key training or commands. Feeding/walking schedule so I can stick as close to their regular routine as possible. How they are with other people and dogs, so I know on walks if we need to steer clear of others. Any allergies or recent injuries I need to be cautious of. Favorite toys and things to do.
A typical day
This partially depends on what the animal's routine is. There are a few parks I like, this will depend on how the dog is on a leash/how long their normal walks are/how they are around other people and dogs/etc. While walks are always an option, for clients with fences or high anxiety pups we can stay and play in their own yard with their favorite toys. Fetch or tug of war if they know how to, and I'll always ask about favorite toys.

Availability
I work nights, 3-4 12hr shifts per week. House sitting would be difficult on work days but I'd still be available for walks and/or drop ins on days between shifts. On off days my schedule is usually pretty open aside from some housework or occasional errand.
