Pet care experience
I am a single 30 something year old woman who has owned dogs for the majority of her life and has been volunteering at local animal shelters for the last 9 years. I am the shift leader at my current animal shelter and my last animal shelter certified me to work with all types of dogs. I look forward to providing not only the basic care your fur baby needs but also the human companionship they will be missing while you are gone. I would like to add that I do have a full time job that I work at in North Aurora from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday (***as of March 2020 working from home so I am open for now for new clients). This limits me to taking on new clients as I live in Woodridge and have my own pets. I will send lots of pics throughout the stay - most do not show up on my profile since my clients and I typically exchange cell phone numbers so I send them direct to your phone.

We felt very comfortable with Niki at our house. She did a great job
Nicki has taken care of our dog in our home twice now. She does a good job taking care of him and we have booked her for another stay soon.
Nikki watched our Yellow Lab Willow when we went on spring break in 2016 and she did a fantastic job! She stayed at our house which we loved because our dog isn't a big fan of being boarded and does so much better when she gets to stay in her own environment. Nikki sent us text updates with pictures while we were away too! She took wonderful care of Willow and also our bearded dragon, Baz. We were able to enjoy our vacation and felt very comfortable having Nikki taking care of our pets and our home. We definitely recommend Nikki and will book her again! Amy M. Naperville

There are a lot of things that need to be discovered at the meet and greet: feeding/potty schedule, meds, toys and activities, treats, likes/dislikes. How are they with other animals in the area, where and who is their vet, if there is an emergency contact nearby.
A typical day
I typically will keep the dogs within a mile or 2 from their home. If you have a regular path you take please feel free to share. If there is a dog park nearby and your pup is registered I can take them there.
