My name is Niki Johnson and I am a grad student getting my doctorate in physical therapy at Sacramento State. My home is in Rocklin. I have helped care for my golden retriever since he was a puppy. Dogs are incredibly special to me because they are loyal, loving, and your best friend. I am absolutely a dog person and have a love for all kinds of dogs. I love playing with, walking/ running with or simply hanging out with all dogs. I would absolutely love the opportunity to pet-sit or dog-walk for people. I am dependable and always respond to requests as soon as possible. My availability is flexible. I have been offering my dog boarding services on Rover since 2018 and I absolutely love it.

Niki was super sweet and my dog had a blast with her! He got to swim in her pool and play with her golden retriever - probably didn’t even want to come home ;). Niki sent cute pictures updates, which I loved getting, and she was really easy to communicate with. I was a little worried as my golden is only 1.5 years old and can still get really overly excited, but she had zero concerns and said he did great! I will 100% be using her for my future dog sitting needs, and 10/10 recommend.
Niki is super sweet, & sent several pictures during my dogs stay. He had a blast with her golden retriever. :) Perfect to send your bigger doggie!
Nikki was good about sending updates and photos during my trip. She also noted my dogs ear smelled yeasty and offered to clean her ear for me. Nikki lives with her family so there are lots of people around to pet my dog while I’m away.

I have a fenced yard and a friendly golden retriever who will keep your fur baby company! You can also bring a crate from home if your dog sleeps in a crate at night. Whatever makes you dog feel most comfortable, I would suggest bringing so I can make them feel at home.
